Cancellation and Payment Policy

Refund Policy

  • Full refund if your booking is canceled 30 days prior to arrival.
  • A $50.00 administration fee will be deducted from your deposit on any cancellation.
  • If booking is canceled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be made and payment in full must be made.

Payment Policy

  • A deposit of $350.00 is required at the time of booking. The balance should be paid 60 days prior to arrival.
  • In the event that a Hurricane prohibits you from taking your vacation with us you will be given up to 12 months to reschedule without any penalty, however normal cancellation policy applies and no refunds will be given.
  • Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival date.
